Steel Range. Designed for non magnum caliber handguns, the steel range offers dueling trees, plate packs, hostage targets and Silhouettes. Since there is no rate of fire restrictions you and your friends can compete and see who can clear the plate rack or dueling tree the fastest. The Steel range requires a separate range fee that may be purchased on its own or as part of our Combo package.
Steel Range Safety Rules:
- Eye and Ear Protection must be worn at all times.
- Any time you engage a steel target there is a chance of ricochet, not only from your rounds, but from the rounds fired by fellow shooters.
- You are only permitted to engage the targets that correlate with the color of your bench. If you are at the red bench you may only shoot red targets.
- Anyone caught cross shooting immediately be asked to leave.
- Only 380, 9mm, 38 special, 40 s&w, 45 acp and 45 colt can be shot on this range. 9mm and 45 acp carbines are acceptable.
- NO RIMFIRE PERMITTED.
- There are no restrictions on rate of fire for the steel range unless a range officer instructs you otherwise.
- No drawing from the holster for any reason.
- Only range officers are permitted to go down range.
- No rifles allowed.
- No shotguns allowed.
